Join us for regular, ongoing, committed pranayama practice (breath control and regulation). Learn, practice and enjoy the benefits of therapeutic breathing techniques designed to calm the nervous system and improve health and wellbeing.
Feel more grounded, centred and mentally strong through this regular pranayama practice.
Online classes are held from 7:15am - 8:15am London (BST) Monday, Tuesday, Thursday.
Monthly pass provides access to 12 sessions a month.

Yoga Therapy program: Releasing & Regulation monthly pass (2 sessions per week)
Join our ongoing, online yoga therapy program to learn and practice therapeutic asana (yoga postures) and pranayama (breath control) designed to release physical and mental tension and regulate the nervous system. Feel more balanced, calm and focused through these regular practices.
Online classes are held from 8:30am - 9:30am London (BST) every Wednesday and Sunday.
Monthly pass provides access to 8 sessions a month.
