Gayatri Wellness Yoga Therapy focuses on practical teachings and guidance grounded in traditional yogic techniques. Online classes are designed to support your journey towards a healthy body and mind and a life of peace and well-being, from the privacy of your home.

Pranayama (breathwork) - one class pass
A$30.00

Join us online for a one-hour pranayama (breathwork) class with this one-class pass.

Learn and practice traditional yogic pranayama techniques designed for mental focus, stress-relief and calming the nervous system.

You will also learn basic seated stretches for releasing neck and shoulder tension and opening the airways for improved breathing, which leads to a more calm body and focused mind.

Feel more emotionally grounded, mentally strong and relaxed through practicing pranayama.

Online classes are held on Zoom every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 3:30pm-4:30pm Adelaide / 7am-8am London (BST).

Pass is valid for ‘drop-in’ to any one of these sessions.

Join our online breathwork program to learn and practice traditional yogic pranayama techniques designed for mental focus, stress-relief and calming the nervous system.

You will also learn basic seated stretches for releasing neck and shoulder tension and opening the airways for improved breathing, which leads to a more calm body and focused mind.

Feel more emotionally grounded, mentally strong and relaxed through this regular pranayama practice.

Online classes are held on Zoom every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 3:30pm-4:30pm Adelaide / 7am-8am London (BST).

Monthly pass provides access to 12 sessions a month.

Private yoga therapy: tailored program monthly pass (1 session per week)

Private online Yoga Therapy program monthly pass includes a complementary initial consultation to explore and determine your focus areas for healing.

Thereafter a tailored program of therapeutic asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breathwork), meditation and nutritional guidance is designed for the ongoing practice. 

Pass includes four private online one-hour sessions a month and tailored personalised program for regular practice.
