Gayatri Wellness Yoga Therapy focuses on practical teachings and guidance grounded in traditional yogic techniques. Online classes are designed to support your journey towards a healthy body and mind and a life of peace and well-being, from the privacy of your home.

Offerings
Join our ongoing, online pranayama program to learn and practice therapeutic breathing techniques designed to calm the nervous system.
Feel more grounded, centred and mentally strong through this regular pranayama practice.
Online classes are held from 7:15am - 8:15am London (BST) every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday. Monthly pass provides access to 12 sessions a month.
June term commences Monday 1st June 2026.
Join us online on Sunday 14th June 2026 for a 1 hour workshop on balancing pranayamas.
Learn the techniques and practice pranayama (breath control) to balance the mind and emotions. This introductory session will also introduce basic practices to prepare the body and mind for pranayama.
Session will be held on Zoom at 9:30am-10:30am London (BST).
Private online Yoga Therapy program monthly pass includes a complementary initial consultation to explore and determine your focus areas for healing.
Thereafter a tailored program of therapeutic asana, pranayama, meditation and nutritional guidance is designed for the ongoing practice.
Pass includes four private online one-hour sessions a month and personalised program.
