The tools:

Breath, body, attention - through pranayama (breath control and regulation), asana (postures), attention (awareful movement, breath, nutrition, habits and routines). 

The body systems:

Brain and central nervous system, endocrine system, respiratory system, cardiovascular system, immune system, musculoskeletal system, vagus nerve, gut-brain axis.

About your instructor

Gayatri Wellness Yoga Therapy is founded and led by Angela Mastrillo, a trained and certified Yoga Therapist and Yoga Alliance RYT-500 certified Yoga Teacher by The Yoga Institute, Mumbai, India. 

She has also completed training in Advanced Pranayama Techniques (The Yoga Institute, Mumbai), Naturopathy and Yogic Science (IGMPI, Delhi), and studies through the Oxford Centre for Hindu Studies, United Kingdom (Sanskrit Studies, Yoga Sutras, Study of Dharma).
