Yoga therapy program: releasing & regulation

Join our ongoing, online yoga therapy program to learn and practice therapeutic asana (yoga postures)and pranayama (breathwork) designed to release physical and mental tension and regulate the nervous system.

Feel more emotionally balanced, calm, confident and mentally focused through these regular practices.

Online classes are held on Zoom from 3:30pm-4:30pm Adelaide / 7am-8am London every Tuesday and Thursday.

Monthly pass provides access to 8 sessions a month.
