Intro class - Pranayama Basics

Learn kriyas (cleansing practices) and pranayama (breath control) techniques for balancing the mind and nervous system, in this one hour introductory class.

Session will be held on Saturday 28th June on Zoom, starting at 9:30am London (BST).

Join us online for a one-hour pranayama (breathwork) class with this one-class pass.

Learn and practice traditional yogic pranayama techniques designed for mental focus, stress-relief and calming the nervous system.

You will also learn basic seated stretches for releasing neck and shoulder tension and opening the airways for improved breathing, which leads to a more calm body and focused mind.

Feel more emotionally grounded, mentally strong and relaxed through practicing pranayama.

Online classes are held on Zoom every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 3:30pm-4:30pm Adelaide / 7am-8am London (BST).

Pass is valid for ‘drop-in’ to any one of these sessions.
