Offerings

Join our online group pranayama (breathwork) or yoga therapy sessions and weekend workshops to learn practices to bring relief from stressors including sleep disruption, burnout, overwhelm, physical and mental fatigue, mood fluctuations and more. Private programs and consultations also available.
